A next-generation excavator rotary screening bucket designed for on-site material separation, delivering efficient screening, low maintenance operation, and reliable performance across construction, landscaping, and environmental applications.
500HBW-Grade Steel
Front lip and side walls constructed from 500HBW-grade steel for exceptional wear resistance. Outperforms standard screening buckets on abrasive materials.
Maintenance-Free Rotation
Single support roller with integrated greasing circuit provides smooth, maintenance-free rotation for the full service life of the unit.
Interchangeable Screens
NM400 screens in 10–120mm sizes are interchangeable on site. Change output size to suit the material without returning to a yard.
Waterproof Hydraulic Motor
Fully submersible waterproof hydraulic motor enables operation at depth. Purpose-built for port, dam and underwater screening applications.
Built for continuous screening in tough conditions, this excavator rotary screening bucket features 500HBW-grade steel, a waterproof hydraulic motor, and interchangeable NM400 screens for versatile material processing and maintenance-free operation.
01
500HBW-Grade Steel
Full body fabricated from 500-Brinell hardness steel. Withstands continuous screening impact from rock, concrete, and demolition debris.
02
Waterproof Hydraulic Motor
IP-rated waterproof motor operates submerged and in wet material without failure. Screen wet, muddy, or saturated material without damage to the drive system.
03
Interchangeable NM400 Screens
NM400 screening cylinders swap in the field to change aperture size. One bucket handles multiple material separation requirements.
04
Low-Maintenance Drive
Simplified motor and drum drive system minimises service requirements. Fewer moving parts than vibratory alternatives for higher availability.
