Also known as metal cutting shears, scrap metal processing shears, hydraulic metal shears and metal recycling shears, The MBI Scrap Shear 2 is a highly versatile metal demolition tool, ideal for dismantling metal structures and processing scrap materials. Its innovative jaw and blade designs allow for increased operational accuracy and efficiency, while the speed-valve technology reduces cycle times and helps get jobs done in a fraction of the time. Other features such as the auto lube system and forged reverse cylinders drastically improve the integrity of the shear, leading to improved longevity of the attachment.The jaws of the shears are precisely cut from 160mm thick HARDOX 400 and HARDOX 450 steel produced by Swedish Steelworks steel using high powered water jets. This process reduces the risk of weakening caused by the high temperatures associated with traditional cutting processes
