Built for footings, piers, fence lines and tree planting, this excavator auger attachment post hole digger pairs an EN-series gear steel drive with earth, combination and rock augers, so the flight, the torque and the machine agree from the first hole.
Features
Epicyclic planetary gearbox
Multiple planetary gears rotate around a central sun gear, spreading the load across more contact points. More torque reaches the auger, and the gearbox runs cooler for it.
Versatile excavator hitch
The supplied hitch is matched to your machine's pin and hitch sizes, so the drive fits first time and moves easily on and off between drilling jobs and transport.
Complete kit
Drive, auger, hitch, hoses and couplers arrive as one matched kit specified against your machine and your ground. Nothing to source separately before the first hole is bored.

Great company to deal with. Excellent quality hydraulic grab attachment. The company was so nice to deal with I placed another order for a different attachment. Also kept me updated on my order from start to finish. Received my new auger and it is an amazing piece of kit coupled with a 350mm auger and I got the 1m extension also. Had a bit of time to test everything out and the grab is great for moving posts rocks and anything else to save my back. The auger has plenty of torque and because I'm in a bit of rocky ground I got the combination auger and it's busting through it quite well. Hydraulic Grab
The hydraulic grab is better than any Christmas pressi. I use it on my farm dealing with trees and firewood. Also pipe laying. Try lifting 450 dia 12m long HDPE pipe and the grab fits perfect. OK the little Kubota knows it got a big fish on the hook but I can do what I can't do otherwise. Great choice - by me, great product thanks to you.

What auger diameters are available? Auger diameter range is listed per drive class, from 150 mm on the smallest drives to 2,000 mm on the largest, and the auger is matched to the drive rather than sold as a loose part. What is the difference between an earth, combination and rock auger? Earth augers suit soil and clay. Combination augers add carbide inserts for mixed ground with rubble or shale. Rock augers carry full carbide teeth for sandstone and hard rock. The right choice depends on what you are drilling, so talk to a specialist about the ground before specifying.
What hydraulic flow does an excavator auger need? Recommended flow rate and pressure are listed for each drive class. Running below the recommended flow costs torque and slows the hole; running above it heats the motor.
