Our Vibrating Ripper uses the latest in excavation technology to provide exceptional performance and versatility for a wide range of excavation applications. When it comes to excavating hard ground types such as sandstone, basalt, gabbro and gneiss, conventional rock breakers have been the standard option for many years. However, during testing it can be seen that the Vibrating Ripper has shown to outperform conventional rock breakers by offering up to 5 times more production in the 25-50 Mpa range, when operating on softer ground types.The superior performance in soft ground types allows for significant cost savings due to the increased productivity and safety that our Vibrating Ripper provides. Some of the main benefits are faster completion times, reduced fuel consumption, lower maintenance costs and improved efficiency. These all lead to better efficiencies and will ultimately improve your bottom line.
During field testing, it has been found that our Vibrating Ripper attachment produces less than 50% of the noise of conventional breakers.The lower noise levels reduce the risk of damage to hearing and other occupational health hazards associated with prolonged exposure to high levels of noise. Additionally, reducing noise pollution to surrounding areas improves compliance and has a positive environmental impact.The testing data in the graph shown clearly shows the significant difference in sound levels emitted from the use of conventional rock breakers compared to the superior Vibrating Ripper.
