MBI Primary Crusher
The MBI Primary Crusher (also known as Primary Demolition Jaws, Primary Demo Jaws or Primary Jaws) specialises in robust and efficient crushing of concrete structures, which is ideal for construction mining and quarry operations.
The Primary Crusher is designed for maximum longevity and performance with features such as dual cylinder design, twin-pin system, speed valve, 4 cutting teeth and specific tooth profile.
The crusher is constructed with durable, wear-resistant materials to ensure the product can withstand the toughest of demolition tasks. Made with HARDOX 400 and HARDOX 450 steel produced by Swedish Steelworks.
As well as this, the advanced hydraulics system helps maintain power and efficiency, while protecting the attachment from damage.

Product Features
Cutting teeth are designed to be rotated and used on all sides, effectively quadrupling the lifespan of the cutting edges. This increases longevity, has better cost efficiency and allows for continuous performance, reducing downtime.
The crusher is equipped with two large cylinders that provide immense crushing power. These cylinders work together to create maximum crushing force, allowing the attachment to break down both large and hard materials. This increases operational efficiency, reliability and provides massive crushing power.
The cutting edges in the crusher are supported by two independent pins, as opposed to other designs which feature a single pin. This unique design minimises wear and tear by distributing the load more evenly. This enhances the life of the attachment and provides consistent performance.
The speed valve regulates hydraulic flow, allowing for the jaws to open at an optimal speed during operation. With increased opening and closing of the jaw comes better efficiency of time, as well as energy efficiency with the optimised hydraulic power. Overall this results in smoother operation and more controlled crushing processes.
The teeth are designed with a specific profile that maximises their crushing efficiency. This design means that as teeth wear down, they maintain their form and sharpness, allowing for optimal efficiency long after other attachments would have failed. The teeth are self sharpening, providing consistent penetration and effectiveness, which reduces maintenance times and costs.

Speed-Valve Technology
Speed-Valve Technology is an advanced feature, designed to significantly enhance the attachment’s efficiency and productivity. This innovative hydraulic valve system optimises the flow of the hydraulic fluid within the attachment. This reduces the time taken for the jaws to open and close during demolition tasks.
This technology maintains smoother operation and minimises delays allowing for more jobs to be completed in a shorter period of time. Increased productivity and cost-effectiveness on the worksite are a major benefit of the Speed-Valve Technology. The improved fluid dynamics within the hydraulic system also helps reduce stress on the components, prolonging the attachments lifespan.
4-Sided Cutting Edges
Unlike conventional cutting edges that require replacement when they are worn out, our MBI Primary Crusher has 4-sides edges that can be rotated and reused, effectively quadrupling the service life of the product. This will not only reduce the frequency of blade replacements, but also ensures the crusher continues to maintain optimal performance for longer periods of times. This feature also minimises the downtime associated with maintenance and blade replacement. This increases overall operational efficiency and productivity. By using all four sides of the cutting edges, there is also more uniform wear and tear, allowing for consistent performance throughout their lifespan. This innovation is particularly beneficial in operations which require the crusher to be subject to constant and intense use.

Specific Tooth Profile
The tooth profile on the MBI Primary Crusher has been specifically designed and engineered to maximise the crushing efficiency and effectiveness. Each tooth is shaped to maintain optimal material engagement, enhancing the crusher’s ability to break down tough materials efficiently. This increases the crushing process, resulting in finer and more consistent material output. This profile of the teeth also reduces strain on the crusher, helping to evenly distribute the forces involved when crushing. The improved performance when crushing also reduces the risk of damage to the equipment, prolonging the life of the equipment. The specific tooth profile is particularly beneficial when processing heterogeneous materials, as it ensures efficient crushing regardless of the material's size or hardness, making the crusher highly versatile and adaptable to various industrial needs.
