Product Features
Unlike many dual ram setups, our single ram setup increases reliability and minimises the need for maintenance due to fewer potential failure points. A single oversized ram can deliver consistent and powerful force during operation, while remaining safely protected between the ears, reducing the exposure to external impacts and potential damage.

Hydraulic hoses are routed into the distribution blocks, then to the grab’s main manifold block. This prevents damage to the main cylinder in case of a snagged hose, facilitating easier maintenance. Relief valves protect the hydraulic system from potential damage, ensuring there is no need for costly repairs.

Box plate design with five interlocking fingers, providing superior strength and efficiency when grabbing. Securely handle various sized objects, while maintaining maximum opening capacity. This makes our Hydraulic Grab ideal for extensive lifting, carrying or loading operations such as cleaning, log grabbing, demolition and recycling.

Hard-facing welds on tips and reinforced plating which increases the lifetime of the grab by providing additional wear resistance and creating additional strength, allowing for increased attachment longevity. Hoses come with wire guards to prevent hose damage during operation, particularly in extreme work environments.

Grease points are easily accessible, while bushes are hardened. This simplifies maintenance by continual and even distribution of grease, leading to longer lifespan of the bushes and pins. These can also be replaced easily allowing for ease of maintenance, extending the service life of the grab and reducing operational costs.
